Following completion of the first three units at the beginning of January, Gary and his team opened their new show home. Activity was very brisk with several hundred people through admiring the layout and workmanship. But…..even though the comments were very positive no one seemed quite motivated to purchase. Having the hospital within Crown Isle will allow the Real Estate division to broaden our future offerings to the marketplace. Future residential opportunities will consist of a mixture of single family building lots and multi-family strata developments including patio homes, townhouses and condominiums.
